Against classic lagtard-maniac, QQxx-AAxx, broadway-cards, double-suited connectors (with some gappers thrown in) down to 6789. More tight or more open depending on villain. Of course, Omaha is more complicated than that; you have to look for cards that work well together (two and two), so certain combinations of above may work well.
