I'll give this a bump, as I just did some searching for this info, and can add NL25 to the mix.

NL25 - 5037 hands, 632 > .4, 4=$3, = .1270 VPP/Hand

ontario - one assumes you are referring to NL25 full-ring.

If it's NL25 6-max then the double-points come when the rake is only $2 I think, not $3.
