Default This week in Vegas for $1-2 and $2-5

The Wynn and Venetian both have tournaments starting this week. Where do you think the best $1-2 and $2-5 games will be? I rarely play at either place when I'm in town.

Isn't the Wynn's low game $1-$3? or is it $1-$2 w/ a $300 buy?

The games at this level are equally as as good in both card rooms. It doesn't matter.

Depends what you consider by "best". Also, the Wynn is a 1/3 uncapped that uses $3 chips, whereas Venetian is a 1/2 with a $300 max that uses red chips. Games are and play differently.

The 2/5 at V has a 1K max whereas the Wynn is uncapped. More "pros" play the Wynn then Venetian in general.

Good point. I mean the loosest, softest games with the most tourists. I stopped going to the Wynn because it had too much of a serious atmosphere. It seemed that people were more concerned with wanting to be seen there or to say that they played there (even though they rarely played a hand) and the games were tighter than most other places on the strip.

Then there is your answer. Try elsewhere if Wynn isn't very comfortable for you. Rooms dont' really change that much around here from month to month.
