If he 3-bets, call, back to you i probably call and hope to see 89 because the pot is huge at that point. But for now call and pray.

Call and 2 more back, fold. If you BB then folds it's collusion.

Yeah I don't fold here but it's certainly a yucky spot. Expect CO to show up with T8 or a flopped set a lot I guess.

no there are tons of plausible explanations for this. he can't call with very much at all here. in fact if you were CO and had J9 and took his exact line I wouldn't think it was that bad.

also when one player has the nuts they're not going to face you with two cold they're going to make you pay one bet at a time. if this is collusion they are bad at it.

Do we have a read on bb? Im thinking of donking the turn. I would call that river, it looks like co has the last nine and becouse of his postcheck it is a good chance its worse than yours. Or he has waited to raise something or he is retarded. However I think we need to call with such a good kicker.

I wouldn't really consider an unknown raise/folding trip 9s in this spot "plausible."
