Poker After Dark: Sheiky's comment

Did anyone catch Sheiky on POD talking about Allen and John teaming up on him.

Example: John 2 pair vs Allen straight on the river and hand goes check, check, with no betting.

He said he wasn't serious, but those are still some interesting comments to make. Any thoughts on this?

Is there a link to how that hand played out? That seems suspcious, but hard to say w/o seeing the board.

John: 6,5

BOARD: 2,4,6,5,8

There was a possibility of a higher straight on the river.

I thought he was just picking on the both of them because he felt they each played it badly. You're right though, earlier he did say something about them teaming up on him, so you can put those together but at the time I was just thinking he was kinda berating them, as he almost always does, to anyone who makes a bit of a strange play. It's hard to say if he was just being himself, or getting more into the idea of him being teamed up on.

That's not bad then. Kinda odd he doesn't value bet river, but nothing too crazy considering it was ignorant end.
