I'll also go for b/c on the river.
But I also think a bet on the flop would have been a good play, too, with your OESD, especially since if you hit the bottom end, it's a one-card straight. You would not want to run the risk of a free card here, and since there are two flush cards out, you want to charge the max for draws.
