I would have to agree that it doesnt state that he has to have profited the 25k by the end of the month.

However that being said he should get the monies shipped to him. At which point he should see how high he can run it up on the 60s before the month period ends

Depends how you define it. Since I didn't make the bet with SG, I don't know what the terms were.

a) If you define it as having 25k profit at the end of the period 19/10 -> 19/11, then he hasn't.

b) If you define it as having 25k profit according to sharkscope at any time between 19/10 and 19/11, then he has.

c) if you define it as having 25k profit in his stars account at any time between 19/10 and 19/11, then he hasn't.

I really would like to have Gravy in excess of 25k at the end of the month, I don't think anyone who bet against him stands has any chance of winning now therefore the request it's even more legitimate.

For clarification: I have been the first one spotting the 25k mark and I pointed out with a post against my own interests,I did not notice he was still playing and I imagined he would have stopped.

Downswings are part of the game and the fact that it just happened at the finish line it does not matter.

I think anyone saying he needs 25k at the end of the bet is being ridiculous.

Just pretend he made 25k, then he quit for the rest of the month. But instead of quitting he decided to grind more (cause he's that hardcore).

Those are the only 2 clearly stated things I can find prior to the start time of this bet. It's a slam-dunk for gravy to win this since he's easily the sickest grinder alive, but IMO technically he has not finished it until he has over $25k on 11/19/07 3pm.

I'm not involved in this bet bet to me this makes sense.

1. It sounds pretty clear that he just needed to get up 25k net at some point during the challenge.

2. However, the fact that he still had money in play makes it questionable that he was really up 25k, and I personally don't think it should count.

But who cares. Its not like my opinion matters. I dunno why I even bothered writing that.
