All,

I think it is pretty hilarious to see discussions about the relative skill levels of players in games of this size from posters on this forum.

After it was bet and raised, I felt if I called it would be too suspicious.

I think your right that I should of just called the flop and bet a little on the turn. I think betting a little on the turn would make him think I was just doing a see where you are at bet.

Leading out on the flop is probably the best play of all.
Anyway I've only played no limit cash games about 3 times in my life where there wasn't a cap.

I learned quite a bit and had great fun too.
Can't wait for the next one.

Jennifer

Hey Jen~
Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. I guess what I meant by "blunder" was simply not extracting maximum value for your monster. Its easy, with us seeing Sammy's AK, to say "she coulda got more $$ off Sammy!!!"

In any event, I personally think you're a world class player. I started this game playing NL and moved to Limit about a 1 1/2 years ago. I've read your chapter in SS2 over & over and attribute much of my limit cash game success to the knowledge you provided me.

Hope you have a kick-ass year & I hope to meet you at the WSOP NL Ladies event (at the final table of course! )

In episode 248 we also might see Jerry Buss flop a full house, make his first bet since 1974 and have a full table fold their hands in a nanosecond

What was Daniel writing on his pad?

[/ QUOTE ]I also think it might have something to do with all those prop bets they make on what suits come out and if the board comes out 33x or whatever, you can read more about it on negreanu's blog.
