#1 fold if villains not terribly donky. Best you are looking for is a split pot

#2 default is fold, although I could see a limp depending on villains

#3 presto-shove

#4 I am very afraid of the flush here. I´ve seen stuff like that a lot lately. I think a fold is in order.

#1 I think it's a bluff or a weak pair often enough to be worth a call.

#2 I let it go. I have an irrational attachment to AT, but I think I'd just coast into the money here. I could see a shove if you think the blinds will fold, though.

#3 Shove that flop!

#4 I fold to the shove here. He limp/called pre, then called the flop, then comes out firing when the flush card hits. That's either a pocket pair that flopped a set and doesn't want a four flush drawing or it's a made flush that's betting like a donkey, and you're behind both.

Why would we ever limp hand 2? IMO thats terrible and it will just create bad situations and spew chips even against bad players.
