Looks good. If UTG isn't in the hand this is a pretty easy call with no history. You're IP with a premium hand against a TAGGY unknown, go from the flop.

What is "TAGish" stats? QQ is 40/60 vs. an unweighted AK/AA/KK range. The fish's dead money is significant. There's $38 in dead money out there, with 93 left in your stack. This shove is usually +EV, but you can make a case for calling in seeing a flop since you have position and the presence of the UTG fish.

If the fish isn't in the hand you can either shove or call and shove most flops.
