Keep the heat on other people. With 15-25BB you should be 3-bet shoving over other people's raises more than opening yourself. It's all a big game of chicken. Be the guy pushing unless you have a huge hand. Be aware of how the table is playing, how the dynamics change, and be willing to adjust IMMEDIATELY.

like Nath said, be the aggressor at the final two tables; widen your opening range as you get more and more short handed (including when you're down to 10-13 people and you're down to two tables of 5 - 7); pay attention to who's willing to call your steals. pick on medium sized stacks who won't feel like calling. widen your calling range a bit against stealers. have an attitude of "win or go home."
