Yeah this is pretty well played all around. On the flop, he might decide to slowplay a lower flush to your raise by just flat-calling, which is great for you because it gives you a shot to check back the turn.

These tiny bets into the pfr are almost always some crappy hand which wants to steal or see a cheap turn card. I like the flop raise. Getting check/raised on the turn would put you in a pretty awful spot, and the river's a snap call.
