Poker Tracker Issues

I just got a new computer that came with Vista. I have gone in and updated all files to be the administrator. The problem is that when I try to connect pokertracker it cannot find the files because vista sorts them within FTP as "compatibility files"

Does anybody know what that is and how I can set up FTP to save hand histories properly?
