Default Does anyone see a fold here?

I copied this from another forum and was surprised that noone mentioned folding the turn. It appears that you probably have at most 5 outs considering how tainted they might be.

Villain is decent LAGTAG

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Jh, Ah
Hero raises, MP folds, CO 3-bets, Button folds, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (7.66 SB) 9D, 3D, 2S (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.83 BB) 5S (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls

What is CO range on the turn?

Hint: outs only apply when you are behind.

If villians range is really that narrow I don't even see much of any equity after the flop. Your line is never folding any better hand and your showing down worse hands quite a bit even when you improve.

If a lagtags 3bet means business and an unfavorable board has ruled semi bluffs out of the equation why are we throwing more money into this pot OOP at all?
