Looks like a set to me. You should have some reads on this villain over 800 hands though, and I think this is a read-dependent situation.

i do a lot of datamining on party, so those stats must be 2/3 mining-stats

I lead out for a pot sized bet, so ~$8 in this case, if RR then it comes down to reads IMO. If the villain is a bit of a donk i might call, if i know he's sensible with TP type hands then I'm out.
