I'd bet the turn and raise the river. You can fold to a threebet, but I am not good enough to do that. Take people to valuetown

Why do you bet the flop with nothing and check the turn when you make a hand?

Bet the turn and and river and call down if raised.

To a maniac, I am betting the turn, raising the river and calling a 3-bet. But this play doesn't look like a maniac as there was no cap on flop and no raise on the flop.

What does "maniac" mean here?
