This seems like an awful lot of fun. I wonder if it's possible to make it playing only NLHE. Mind if I try? I doubt I can do it in a week, but the effort would be fun.

NLHE is all I know how to play well. I know how to play other games, i just dont know how to win at them.

one of the keys to success here is increasing your bankroll in big moves - by winning some of these small 1.20/3.40/6.5 9/man/18man and 45man sngs after properly rolled, I don't think it would be anywhere as easy strictly playing and building off of NLHE cash games as it was for me without a few mtt scores. Nate played a ton of sngs in his bet and I'm sure he considered them his bread and butter

In short I think you're taking up a tougher challenge if all you play is NLHE ring

UPDATE on stakehorses:

Since no one really posted any recent updates - I'm guessing these guys did not complete the challenge, thanks to those that provided the requested updates, gl in your endeavors to those that did not.

Thanks again Nate, not sure if you recognized me the other night in the $20+rebuys on Stars, I was the guy who said "AJ good..." ended up 19th , bah

dkgo--

Glad to hear it. I'm paying tuition and "slumming it" these days, too. Good luck.
