So I feel like a pretty big idiot, but I'm going to post my idiot question here anyway.
Just purchased a month subscription to smart buddy. Got hte confirmation email, downloaded the program, was all excited to try it out. My issue: Can't figure out how to log in. I've tried my license ID, my customer ID, and my product invoice as my "username" login, to no avail. Just keep getting "login failed." I'm sure i'm being retarded and missing something really simple...what is it that I am missing? Anyone's thoughts would be much appreciated.

I have no problem moving buddies around. I created a new "list" and I want to move that list on top of the other lists. It seems there is no way to do this. Can you tell support to add this feature? Also, SmartBuddy isn't working today. I really like the product but all of the bugs are starting to get annoying.
