I had the sweetest dream lastnight
pokerstars came out with a credit card that gave you 3% of your charges as cash on their site! I woke up thinking, "wow, that would actually be an insanely genius idea" Theres no way thats legal is there? Cuz if it is, holy crap that would be awesome and brilliant

Credit cards are nation specific. Everyone has either MC or VISA but they are issued by a a financial institution doing business in the specific country. Since Stars is pretty much international they would need to have a credit issuing entity in every jurisdiction they wanted to issue credit in.
