Default NL1K villain acting wierd

Villain is a regular with rather strange stats at 28/13/1.35. He is a bit too passive while towards me he shuts down and basicly check-calls most hands. I think this is partly based on his reads on me as too bluffy / spweish in many pots and him being way too passive.
Anyways, he is starting to play back quite a bit, which is very nice since he then suddenly seems off his normal passive unfancy mode.

Further, he loves completing his sb to me like 80% of all hands, raising 15% and folding 5%. So obv he has something, when raising preflop.

Seat 2: Button ($95.00)
Seat 3: Villain ($2,447.90)
Seat 4: HERO ($1,126.00)
Seat 5: UTG ($909.00)
Seat 6: CO ($1,056.50)
Villain posts the small blind of $5.00
HERO posts the big blind of $10.00
The button is in seat #2
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to HERO [7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]]
UTG folds
CO folds
Button folds
Villain raises to $30.00
HERO raises to $110.00
Villain calls $80.00
*** FLOP *** [6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]] Pot: $220
Villain checks
HERO bets $155.00
Villain calls $155.00
*** TURN *** [6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]] [6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]] Pot: $550
Villain bets $160.00
HERO just wanna shove?

I think this bet is either inducing or a bluff trying to lay down QQ -TT. Shove / Call / Fold?
