Default Third-Party P2P Website Idea

First time poster on 2+2 (I usually post on FCP, but this forum seemed more fitting).

Since I saw 2+2's large player-to-player request topic, and a lot of scams that followed, I thought that someone should make a website where both parties transfer to them first, and upon receiving both ends, give out the exchanged funds.

So I emailed a few of the big poker rooms to find out the legitimacy of this, and decided to see what you guys had to say about it... because I'm definitely exploring creating this service myself.

Hire a good lawyer. We've discussed this before. You would become a payment processor, just what the UIGEA has tried to stop.

I'll do it for free. To minimize my exposure and time spent I'd prefer to take payments through the month and send them out at the end of the month.

This is where this often discussed idea often ends.
