I don't think you are telling a good story with this bluff. What hand is he going to put you on? I'm not quite sure what Baluga was talking about with his 2 things you need to bluff, but my 2 things are:

Villian needs to be good enough to fold
My bluff needs to make sense in the context of the hand.

You can't just randomly shove in money and hope the guy will get scared and fold his JJ. I'm calling you with JJ here because I'm not sure what you could have that beats me that plays the hand this way.

Don't really like it. You might get a fold from JJ/QQ but his range is basically 99-AA here.

Errr how about 99, 55, 10-10, 89s, 10-9s. OP should be calling with these hands pf cos CO has such a tight range. Villain calling here with JJ without history is spew imo.

Who was the villain if you don't mind me asking? I play Party 400nl. This is good against a more nitty regs (like myself :P) but not some of the more laggier ones. At 20/16 he seems like one of the former for sure.

Well, I'd be a little scared of Aces or Tens. But it can't be too bad, I expect him to fold JJ-QQ pretty often here.

You take this line postflop with any of these hands often?
