I've lost 20 pounds in the last 45 days. That has to count for something IMO.

The reason rapid weight loss can be unhealthy even if done in a healthy seeming way is that it really stresses the liver to process that much fat that quickly. Also you can develop gall stones from rapid weight loss.

also, gaining and losing weight over and over is horrible for you. you need to focus more on keeping the weight off than losing it super fast.

This is really easy to do. You really only have to lose 30-40lbs to get down to a weight where you can dehydrate the hell out of yourself for the final 20-30lbs.

When I was a wrestler I once shed 15lbs in less than a day to make 152s.

Also, as an advance to the water-cutting at the end, start drinking 1 or 1.5 gallons of water every day. Teh professional athletes who do this actually carry around a full gallon with them to measure how much they drink. You'll train your body over the course of a month to piss out 1 gallon every single day.

Obv. when time comes the last couple days you drink like a couple glasses a day, and your body will still piss out large amounts for a few days. Then you sweat the rest. 5-10 pounds will be easy and you won't need supervision, 15-20 is doable but you should have a doctor/personal trainer type to monitor you. Nobody does that much on their own.
