PokerTracker Omaha registration code doesn't work?!?

So I finally bought PokerTracker Omaha last night. Installed it, paid for it, got the registration code. But it doesn't work! The product number is different every time I run it, and never matches the one they sent me in the registration email. So the code doesn't work. All I can think of is it's to do with my having had an unregistered earlier version installed. What should I do - uninstall it all, reinstall and email them? Anyone else had this problem?

Run as Administrator which should reproduce the same Product ID. Once you get the same Product ID by running as admin, email them, explain and ask for a registration code that works for your product ID.
