FTP official check thread 5/18 specifics please

Im trying to streamline this FTP check thread. Im trying to also figure out why some checks are having problems while others are not. Can you please post your check amount request and if you had problems or not. Give as much info as you can, thanks. Ex. What bank etc.

Im just trying to figure out myself if I should request checks... So far it seems like they are giving me the runaround about my IDs... So I just dont want to req a check then have it bounce after a month of waiting.

$1000, got mine today after requesting it six days ago. Wells Fargo was the bank, but I refuse to give the name of the issuing company for obvious reasons.

$310, got mine today after requesting it on the 9th. I have yet to try and cash it though.

This thread is very very very useful since check seems to be a better way than others for those from USA, Canada and even Turkey.. Only the ones who have problems post. In this thread we can see if there are a lot of successful checks.

I think adding the COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE and name of the bank would help a lot more.

$250 got it in about a week, cleared
$500, requested 4/30, received ~5/5 - cleared
$500, requested 5/12, received 5/17 - not deposited

All from Wells Fargo. I live in US, deposited to Sovereign Bank.

I thought something was up with all the people complaining, but it seems the checks that are taking forever are for large sums, so I didn't say anything.

i just had a ftp check bounced for 4600 and now am awaiting them to tell me what to do,the bank sent the check back so h opefully ftp will add funds and i can use the same check again ,minus the bouncing and the ten dollar surcharge.......this is sick,,,,,why are they bouncing they are a huge company

I requested a check for 5k last Thursday and received it yesterday. I have received 4 3k+ checks from FT since 3/10 and all have came within 7-10 days and all cleared. On Monday I deposited a 5k and 3k check from Stars. They looked exactly like the checks I had received from FT.

$5k, took 8 days to receive (this is the longest it has ever taken for me). Deposited yesterday and I see it in my account today.

last two checks:

requested 5k on 5/9/07 and got it on 5/16.

requested 5k on 5/14. they voided it on 5/15 even though i had only made one withdrawal request in the past week.
requested again on 5/16. they voided it on 5/18.
requested on 5/18 . . . we'll see what happens

I requested 250, approved 4/18.. received in 7 business days
I requested 1k, approved 5/7.. still hasn't arrived after 9 business days

For some reason my first check was shipped fedex-overnight by default so I didn't think I needed to request expedited shipping on the 2nd.
