I don't think we can expect to get many calls from someone without an 8 or a 3. That being said I like to push because no one will ever fold an 8, and even a 3 is calling more often than not.

Either play seems to have similar expectation.

If you shove $85 on river it's unlikely both call.

Betting $38 opens the door for a few scenarios w/ equal or greater expectation. If both call you're getting about the same value as river shove. There's also the chance that one of the two shoves the river w/ an 8, but it's doubtful.

just bet river...this looks great. winning 100bbs in a limped pot is pretty hot.
