I think you should decide not to eat the glass bottle and just pay your friend. Maybe if the stakes were a hundred times higher it would make sense to take this bet and try to win it. As it stands it's just stupid, it would almost make more sense to do it as a pure dare rather than a prop bet for chump change.
If you decide to go ahead anyway, I recommend
- breaking it into small chunks
- tumbling them until they're smooth
- eating the pebbles (and dust if friend insists, but mix it into a binder like dough first)
Of course, that only works if the time limit on *eating* is 40 minutes but you have as much time as you want for preprocessing.

and do 10000 Pushups in 24 Hours.

I'd make my line at 300-1.

Of course, all this has to be done in a single 24 hour period.
