Default 22 - ever limp big hands in level 1?

I recently saw a 2+2er make this play. This was the seventh hand at the table, and three of the previous hands had been raised preflop. Even supposing you do occasionally do this, wouldn't it be with AA,KK and not QQ? I don't know, maybe it was a misclick, or maybe it was just bad (I know I make some pretty awful plays sometimes myself for reasons I have yet to figure out). Or... maybe I'm missing something in my bag-o-tricks?

QQ is not a "big" hand in this sense. Just raise next time at first.

Yeah, I didn't do this, and can't see any reason at all that this 2+2er would do it, which is why I posted it
