Default Tire Warranties

What happened to the auto forum? Did I imagine it?

Anyway, my tires are getting pretty worn down and definitely need replaced, and my car shakes pretty badly from around 55mph to 85mph (it smooths out nicely at 90 believe it or not). I took it to a guy who said to bring it in later but it sounded like a tire balance problem.

All this to say that my tires are surely still under warranty (I think it was 20k-30k miles ago that I got them), but I've never had a rotation or balance, and probably only one alignment. Are they able to entirely void the warranty based on that? I realize I'm a moron, but am I covered at all here?
