I can play on every site (being european), but i have no expeience with touneys.

Which tourneys should i use to train and which are the best?

stars has the best selection of tourneys.

it also has the best tourney players online...

and the worst tourney players online.

most euro sites like Betfair and Party are [censored] for tourneys

the $50R+A on stars is a great place to start, it can sometimes be juicy as hell during the rebuy period - people shoving/calling almost any 2 cards. Then during the later periods the standard of play can be very tough indeed, which gives you a nice exposure + overlay, all in one tournament!
