You are also talking about a company (TX) that's in a very price competitive industry with only about 4% market share.

Every risk is already priced in the stock, declining metal prices, political risks, etc. are all accounted for. That said, I think both stocks are trading at least 30% below intrinsic value. I own both stocks also.
