I dont understand why we didn't raise JJ preflop, I would understand it if u didn't raise pocket 8's and below but pocket J's, we got to isolate baby.

I haven't played that game but I am still certain the answer is yes. I am pretty sure I have told you this many times but maybe we can do it publicly once. Don't assume that players in bigger games are better players or think more deeply about the game. There are plenty of times where you could rack up from a 4/8 game and walk across the casino to find a softer spot in the 40/80.

30-60 at Canterbury Park.

UTG, is a terrible player will who will play just about anything, limps. UTG +1, who is a decent player, calls. I am next. Look down at JJ.

The dynamic of the game is that if I raise here, I will get autocalled by two or three others plus the blinds, but if I just call fewer people will join in.

So I decide to simply call...

Jesus christ what the [censored] are you doing preflop? I'm beginning to think that every hand that gets posted in Medium Stakes is part of some elaborate scheme to put me on tilt for the rest of my life. Trying to discuss the postflop part of this hand is completely pointless because the hand has already been so horribly misplayed preflop.

The pf no-raise has gotten so much attention we haven't even gotten to the amusing flop play. JJ + 468 rainbow = something fishy every time. I'm so scared of the 468 flop I auto fold on principal. This line is my favorite.

"It smells like two pair. So I just call."

Looking at the overall line is hilarious. Call, Call, Call, Fold. Come play in my game please.
