Get the most value of out of your hand whenever. I would go nuts on the flop and if you are do fill up on the turn and others make their hands on the river. They will still pay you off.

The value of waiting until the turn to raise a monster is inversely proportional to the number of players in the pot. The more players in now, the more guarenteed money you can get by immediately raising; alternately, the more money you risk losing as players with marginal holdings fold out the turn when they don't improve.
