WTF? Is it just me or does pokertube [censored] blow. Can't watch anything on it b/c every video is so [censored] choppy. Plays 3 seconds, then pauses for 25, rinse and repeat.

[/ QUOTE ]

It works absolutely fine for me. Must be something on your end.

The HORSE coverage wasn't that bad, but it could have been way better. First of all they have to show way more hands and second, if anything they should cut out Hold'em as much as possible. Basically O-R-E should dominate the coverage, because that's what gets the least attention in other shows.

QQJJ is an excellent omaha high hand.

[/ QUOTE ]

O8 - spew, and how is QQJJ an excellent omaha hand? stealing the blinds hoping no one calls or trying to flop the nut cheap in mutiway pots. that's like saying PP 6s is an excellent limit holdem hand and is playable in all situations.

[ QUOTE ]
It was QJT9 (singlesuited), not a very good hand

[/ QUOTE ]

O8 EP - complete spew, glad we agree.

[ QUOTE ]
Someone also limped in with AK64 not that good O8 hand which makes Daniels play a little better

[/ QUOTE ]

this makes daniels play a little bit better. now you're just spewing [censored].

[ QUOTE ]
he plays O8 with players that play worse than him.

[/ QUOTE ]

irrelevant, we also thought this about HSP.

Really against to educate the fish but:

QQJJ is an excellent omaha high hand. Also not a bad hand in hi/lo but not as good as in high-only.

This is very very wrong. Where do you play most of your Omaha may I ask?

[/ QUOTE ]

I play PLO100 6-max at stars and Crypto, please stop by anytime. It's not very very wrong, it's a very good hand and I would almost raise with every time (unless in the blinds or if someone else have raised). The hand has about the same strenght as QJT9 (according to Ciaffone)

Why would anyone raise in omaha at any point then with that stupid reasoning?

It sounds on you that QQJJ isn't even a playable hand. If you play (weak)tight like that, you are very welcome to my tables.

With QQJJ you can flop high sets and also has some straihtpossibilities. If you raise with it preflop you can also take the pot with a continuation bet against a weak-tight player (such as yourself?). If you hit a set you may not get credit for such a good hand, since you raised preflop.

Of course it's only a preflop hand, you have to play the flop also in omaha. AAKKds and AAJTds is two of the best hands in omaha, but if the board comes 865 with no cards in your suit and there are several people in the pot the hands are worthless.

How do you play omaha? Very tight and only raise with AAxx?

Are you really that stupid? Lets compare it with Pocket Jacks in limit hold'em instead. But I'm not talking about any limit hold'em or make comparisons with that game.

O8 - spew,

With QQJJ you can get a high set, not that unlikely that it would be the best hi-hand and also scoope the whole pot. A longshot so you want to see the flop cheaply, so limp in.

No it's an ok hand to play, allthough not the best hand. With QJT9 you have all four cards working together, you can get high straights and high two-pairs. Or as in this hand, flop an inside wrap (and a flushdraw?) and take down the pot with a simple bet. T987 would be completely spew.

Just stopping by to say these were some of the most enjoyable WSOP episodes in recent memory.

Hellmuth is GOD AWFUL at 0/8 and it infuriates me that he thinks there are "4 or 5 people in the world" better than him at it.

QQJJ is a top tier Omaha hi starting hand. Anyone who disagrees needs to learn the game.
