Default 10/20 58s bb defense

Villain is TAG sorry no numbers. I don't have villain's betting patterns memorized so I don't know just how aggressively he'll play heads up. Anyway, is this ok?

Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (5 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls.

Flop: (4.50 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets</font>, Hero calls.

Turn: (3.25 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets</font>, Hero calls.

River: (5.25 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, MP checks.

Final Pot: 5.25 BB

Too loose preflop? I had been folding my big blind a lot more than I usually do and I felt the need to defend. Should I be putting in more action somewhere? Fold the turn? I was going to call a river bet, btw.

I would go with "fold everywhere".

preflop is ok. flop is fine, but you might want to checkraise and bet the turn. i usually fold the turn given the way you played it.

OK sorry guys I meant villain is LAG but I was still playing and I'm tired and having trouble focusing so I screwed up when I posted the hand. Villain was involved in half or more of his hands but I have no 10/20 hands in my database yet so maybe it was just a heater. If villain is TAG I fold preflop or if I see a flop I fold turn.

Hope that clears things up. Too late to edit original post. Posting hands while multitabling SH doesn't seem to work out so hot
