I think it's pretty close. I think he could have a set here, I think he could have turned a str8 with some junky gutter or whatever but:

You've got good position on a guy who you're deep with and he's giving money away. I think in the long run as close as this decision is, the fact that you could potentially lose the deep stack against this guy might be the difference in overall ev that lets me fold comfortably.
