Default Queens against reasonable half stack preflop

What do people do in this situation? Should I let his stack size affect my decision (ie, I would fold against a full stack.) I was getting around 3:2 on the call... is that enough?
Villain is 20/ 15/ 4.75 so he seemed to raise a little light.

I get it in here. I'm pretty sure you've got better than 40% equity against his range.

Over how many hands? Have you seen him stack off light before? This is obviously very opponent dependant. Against a nit it's a clear fold.

Did he buy in short or just lose half his stack?

I don't mind this at all. Of course you stack off lighter against a halfstack.
