[/ QUOTE ] No, but I use a reloadable prepaid visa through netspend and it works everytime. The PayTru visa through stars will allow cashouts through it, but you get their fees attached with it.

Are Stars bonuses stackable? I hardly play there, and actually still have a pending bonus from last time they had a bonus at the end of '06 it looks like. Not sure I'll be able to clear it by the end of this new bonus.
