Default Short stack shovo question

I was talking with westmenlo/mjorg and he asked this question. Honestly I'm not a math guy either so I was wondering if someone could help us out here. Let's say you have 9 BB's from UTG+1, 9 handed, no antes

menlo(12:18:15 AM): i wish i was a math guy, cuz id be real interested to know if you gave the table a calling range of like 77+ and a10+ and kq, which is more profitable to shove, a2 or 22?

Thanks

I probably wouldn't shove either, but I'm guessing 22.

That wasn't really the question lol, we're just trying to see which is more mathematically justified.

22 is 38% against their calling range, A2 is 32% against their calling range.

22 is more valuable, even when you take into account the 6 hands you eliminate from your called range with A2
