Default This is what I do to wack MC\'s.

Villain is meh regular player, kinda LAGgish 35/16. not great, but not really a spew-monkey either.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $2/$4
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $436.40
CO: $788.30
Button: $388
SB: $399.50
Hero: $400

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
2 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Button raises to $14</font>, SB folds, Hero calls.

Flop: 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($30, 2 players)
Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">Button bets $28</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $90</font>, Button calls.

Turn: A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($210, 2 players)
Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">Button bets $99</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises all-in $296</font>

The line itself, I think, is +EV. But the emotional trauma I put him through may be worth even more than his 200 bucks. The double-c/r is a pretty sick maneuver when used appropriately.

I hate most lines where I can't tell if its a bluff or a value bet.

Personally I'd call with JJ-KK all day here w/o reads.

looks like a standard flop vb that turned into a bluff when he floated the turn. and i like it a lot.

i think calling here with KK and worse is going to get you in a lot of trouble.

don't like.

[/ QUOTE ]Me neither, although I can't think up reasons right now. Also like Phil said why CR flop without a history that can let you get called by worse?
