[/ QUOTE ] he's been pitching pretty well... definately a solid #4 starter in the playoffs... and only pitching 2 games in his final month of baseball should help him out alot

Clemens has been throwing like an old woman recently. Maybe thats due to his elbow, but this whole half season or whatever he's been touching like 92 tops. He's really on the decline, and Mussina is virtually ineffective. Hughes hasn't been throwing well, Joba throws once a week, Kennedy's had one start in the big leagues, Edwar "doesn't inspire confidence",etc.
Simply saying "if this turns out well then they'll DEFINITELY be the best team" just doesn't seem to cut it, and it's what ive been hearing non stop on these boards.
