I'd have to agree that the atmosphere at Bistro (inside at least) is not too conducive to a quality date. I would sit outside at night if they have the heat torches.

Bistro kinda strikes me as a nicer I-Hop or something, the food is okay but I think either Seasons or Little Prague (Outside at least) would be a better date. There is also a small place behind Seasons called "The Wine Cafe" that is very nice, excellent food and a more intimate atmosphere.

Despite the stupid looking exterior, Symposium is a very solid choice too. The interior is also more intimate than Bisto and the food is amazingly good, mostly mediterranian and the best pizza I've ever had. As a bonus the area around Symposium is generally secluded later at night, so once your roofie has kicked in you'll be free to go to town in the parking lot relatively undisturbed.

Good Luck.

Ya honestly Symposium is the stupidest looking resteraunt ever. Although I do get a good laugh wondering how many of the patrons there know that its named after a ancient Greek social gathering based around drinking and then sexing little boys. I guess I'll have to get in there sometime.

Wine Cafe also a solid choice
