Co Ed Rooming?

I'm not in a potential co-ed rooming situation, just was wondering what others thought. For example, think college, would you rather room with a guy, or a girl.

Assume girl is average looking, and averagely annoying/cool.
Guy is normal behavior too etc.

I'd rather have her be really hot or completely unappealing. That way if she's really hot and I sleep with her, it is worth whatever consequences result, and if she is really ugly, I won't sleep with her. If she is average, I'll probably regret it and then the whole situation will be awkward from then on.

Edit- She better be cool in some way though if she's an uggo/fatty.

i lived in many places w/ many peoples during college

out of all of these the most miserable was 2 women.... but that's cause they were psycho

it ends up being all about the personalities, if someone's really annoying but hot, you'll sorta like it for a week then want to kill them

Depends on:
1) how hot her friends are
2) how clean she demands the place to be, and whether this means she's willing to clean your stuff to get it clean
3) how hot she is

Yeah, all your dreams of [censored] her hot friends will evaporate the second she starts bitching about a tiny spot of mustard on the kitchen counter or a speck of dust or the arrangement of the towels in the bathroom. Living with a guy turns women into massive germaphobes.

Also, she'll spend all her time with her friends complaining about you so they won't [censored] you.

Also, you will eventually end up [censored] her(assuming reasonable parity of attractiveness) and that will end in tears.
