Default 700:1 vs. 800:1 LCD contrast ratio

I'm trying to decide between two 22" monitors, both of which have a brightness of 300 cd/m2. One of them has a contrast ratio of 700:1, the other 800:1. The 700:1 monitor is $30 cheaper. If I were using the monitor as a PC monitor I would get the 700:1 model, but I'll be using this as a secondary TV screen and watching it from across the room.

Anyone know if there's going to be a noticeable difference between the two? Price is not a huge issue, but I don't want to spend the $30 for nothing.
