Default im trying to gain weight, and need little help

I know you gotta eat a crap load to gain weight, and work out alot and all. But what should you eat and what not? lets say i want to gain xx pounds in 2 months, can i eat stuff like pizza from the store, or bake my own pancakes (lots of calories right?) or chips . basicly 'junk food'? Or does it need to be healthy like rice and all.

excuse my english, since i suck at it.

Eat more. When you physically can't eat anymore (not like bloated but keep throwing up after a couple weeks and have already subbed out most voluminous vegetables and water for juice etc) then move to including poorer food choices. You likely can gain weight.

Shizzle,

foods with at least some nutritional value that will pack on the pounds: pizza, whole milk, corn beef hash. Enjoy!

Deride my advice again and I'll continue to scorn your perverse grouping of Berardi and Metzer.

sorry man, but in the article u say ud rather eat pizza and beer over a salad ne day, but fortunatly there is more to offer then pizza and beer. It is a fact that when bulking, adding all that extra fat will NOT increase your ability to produce more lean muscle, JUST FAT. If you plan out your meals, calculate all ur micros for every meal, and have a plan u can gain lean muscle mass without all that extra fat.
