Default Crazy Women! Film and TV characters

Who are the craziest (nuttiest) female characters in film or TV?

I can come up with a few off the top of my head but I'm sure there are a lot more. Btw, I use the term "crazy" very loosely - kooky/emotionally unhinged/loopy ...even conniving and hostile will work. Or any combination of the above. Whatever YOU think qualifies as crazy is good enough for me!

Keep in mind that I'm not talking about the actresses themselves (Dom's thread addressed that) I'm looking for favorite kooky characters only.

Here's my first nomination:
Vivien Leigh performing as the batshit crazy Blanche in Streetcar Named Desire
