Missed about $100 worth of tournaments

Signed up for almost $100 worth of tournaments starting within the next hour and my computer power supply fried on me. Ran to Officemax to buy a new one, got it put in and come back in all the tournaments and have about $500 chips left in my $60 tourney, one is done, and $700 left in my $10 tourney.

I do this every Saturday afternoon pretty much.

After getting home I emailed Pokerstars asking if anything could be done about this (I faintly remembered hearing they replaced tourney buyins if you didn't play at all). Within 15 minutes they refunded the $16 for the tournament I didn't play at all, I emailed them back with the tournament number of the $60 tourney that I returned to only 500 chips on, within another 5 minutes they also issued a refund for this tournament. I bought into these with W$ and they gave me a refund in cash, effectively basically making money on this. Beat turned into brag?

Pokerstars customer service is by far the most superior of all online pokersites.
