Default You just don\'t run into these guys often enough (PF)

So your on the button with 77. A player that has only datamined stats of 30/7/2/365 opens in EP and it's folded to you

fold
next hand

stove 77 vs a tight range and consider sometimes the blinds will wake up with a hand too

you dont mention how many handed it is / what stakes. either way, im not folding... if you play well this is just a fine time to win literal infinite/lose nothing all the while adding another hand to the mix. plus players tilt when you perpetually play hands against them in position after they open, or maybe thats just me .

Easy fold. Even against a TAG who opens 13% UTG you have <50% equity.

I think, depending on the blinds, 3-betting or CCing aren't terrible here - his range is pretty well defined, so your hand plays pretty easily post flop. He seems aggro enough to go off for a few bits on a A7x board. Folding is probably the best, but I think it's closer than sharpie and yourface say.

Remember PF eq is not everything.

I need a read to play this hand in this spot, not a read to fold it. Put another way, folding is my default play in this spot unless I have a read that says I should 3bet.

flop comes down Q65, he bets, what do you do?

You raise, he calls, you bet turn, he calls, river goes check/check, his JJ wins, repeat.

Or, flop comes down 842, he bets, you raise, he 3bets, you call down, repeat.

His PFR is 7, and he's raising from EP, this is a really easy fold, regardless of it being 6max or full ring.
