That guy had a chance to break 100 but stopped after 16 holes with 89 strokes. Too bad he didn't finish.

I know he said he was playing from the 288 Yard Par 3, but I wonder if he played from the US Open Tees. I would say that the course probably plays easier if you play from more forward tees.

I believe on the press day after the Open, they do play from the same tees as the pros.

I'm a very good golfer, used to be a 3 handicap, but am probably more like a 10 now. Given what I saw out there, I would estimate a range between 95 and 120. I suppose if I was driving the ball exceptionally well, I might break 90 once in twenty tries out there.
