Default Reraising from the SB

I switched from FR to 6max recently and have been uncertain in certain situations when to reraise in the SB.

The following hands have been giving me trouble (the further the position of the raiser from the button the more difficult). Obviously your decisions are going to vary depending on how aggressive the raiser is. If you had to make a default/auto-pilot decision in these spots, what would they be?

KJs raise coming from UTG,MP,CO,button, reraise fold?

KJ UTG,MP,CO,button rr/f?

KTs UTG,MP,CO,button rr/f?

KT UTG,MP,CO,button rr/f?

77 UTG,MP,Co,button rr/f?

66 UTG,MP,CO,button rr/f?

55 UTG,MP,CO,button rr/f?

QTs UTG,MP,CO,button rr/f?

QT UTG,MP,CO,button rr/f?

JTs UTG,MP,CO,button rr/f?

JT UTG,MP,CO,button rr/f?

ATs UTG,MP,CO,button rr/f?

AT UTG,MP,CO,button rr/f?

T9s UTG,MP,CO,button rr/f?

My only default plays are 3-betting 77,KJ,AT and the suited broadways you mentioned vs. a raise from CO/button to get it HU. For the other hands/situations, I need a more aggro read.

Point Blank, I was under the impression that being in the SB facing a raise was a clear cut reraise/muck? (calling gives BB great odds)

I've gotten in the habit of doing this as well though usually only if there are CCer's already in the pot. I do it with low pairs too sometimes.

muck/reraise meaning there is only a single raiser and no other cold callers.

I should have included cc/mm for most of those ... I don't cold call 100% with any of those (I have no real default play ... mostly player dependent) ...
for all the mid-suited connectors I don't think they are worth 3betting (but they seem to hit so many flops; so I've started playing them more ... and they are easy to get away from ... of course I also imagine that I would be more inclined to play these vs a player that will overplay or call down with crap often)
